WHY DOES THE BIKE OKLAHOMA HAVE A PRIVACY POLICY?
Bike Oklahoma respects the privacy of our
members, partners and all other visitors to our website. We will not
share personally identifiable information about you. This policy is
provided to explain why information is collected, how it is used,
where it comes from and Bike Oklahoma's commitment to insure your personal
privacy.

HOW IS INFORMATION COLLECTED AND USED?
In our quest to provide you an excellent and accurate service, we may
solicit information about the reason for your visit to our internet
site. The information you share with us helps us determine how best to
serve you. We may ask for your opinion from time to time about what
you like and or don't like about our site.  You may also be asked
whether you would like to receive information about the Bike Oklahoma and our
projects. In addition, we sometimes collect information to find out
how you found the Bike Oklahoma website, which pages you visited, and how long you
stayed. This information does not include any personal information
about you. We use this data to improve this site and provide you the
most exciting and beneficial Internet experience possible.

Bike Oklahoma may collect and store information for statistical purposes.  For
example, we may count the number of visitors to different sections of
our site and/or the amount of time spent in a section to help us
increase site utility for you, our visitors. Bike Oklahoma may compile
demographic information requested from you when visiting the site.
This information is voluntary. Bike Oklahoma may aggregate this demographic
information and disclose such compilations to third parties. Bike Oklahoma will
not share personally identifiable information about you.

WHERE DOES COLLECTIBLE INFORMATION COME FROM?
E-mail- By allowing you to send email to us, we are not attempting to
collect any personal information about you. We will only use personal
information (such as name, mailing address and e-mail address)
contained in your email to respond to your specific inquiry or
comments in the e-mail. Though we may retain your e-mail for a period
of time, we will not use any personal information contained in your
e-mail for any purpose other than responding to your specific inquiry
or comments.  We have data storage technology and procedures in place
to ensure that any retained information is secure.

Projects and Promotions - To participate in some of our projects and
promotions, you may be asked to provide an e-mail address or screen
name, so that we can let you know if you won a prize. We may request
your name and home address in order to send you requested information
by regular mail. Remember, children under 13 years of age need their
parents or guardians permission before providing this information.

Cookies - Cookies are messages sent to users from the internet sites
that they visit. Bike Oklahoma may use "cookies" to enhance your experience at
our Web site.  We can not tell who you are or where you are. The
cookie only tells us that you have visited the site before and it may
contain certain information that will help us make your return visit
more enjoyable. Bike Oklahoma will never use cookies to retrieve information
from your computer that was not originally sent in a cookie.

Safeguarding your personal information - Bike Oklahoma will only collect
personal information to the extent deemed reasonably necessary to
serve our legitimate business purposes, and we will take the
appropriate steps to ensure the security and integrity of any
information you provide to us.

Opt-out - If you do not want Bike Oklahoma to send you e-mail or regular mail
about our projects and/or services, you can opt-out at the time of
registration. If you are receiving e-mails or regular mail and at a
later date you choose to opt-out and have your name removed from Bike Oklahoma
database, you can do so by requesting to be removed.
